An environment where everyone can work together productively is what any companies are desiring these days. It is important for all departments and all levels of management to be a cohesive team. Teams are important in large companies. You don’t particularly have to like your teammates but it helps. If you do get along well with your team members, you might forge a bond that extends beyond the workplace. As birthdays and holidays roll around, you might be compelled to present them with some gifts. Professional gifts are appropriate for those you work with.
